Department 56 Frosty Light Sprays Christmas Village accessory from 1997. The lights give an illusion of colored movement because the individual fiber optics continuously change colors from red, yellow and green. Battery operated (C batteries are not included). Size of each: 1.5" x 1.5" x 1".
