Department 56 Tis the Season, Christmas in the City Village accessory from 1990. Very beautiful hand-painted porcelain figurines. The original version has Santa ringing a bell and a child putting money into a kettle (the stand the kittle hung from is missing - see picture)). Size is 2.5" tall.
NOTE: The stand that the kettle was hung from is missing from this piece, great replacement option if your figurine is broken. also no original box is included.
