Sign: BLYTHE POND 1786 on front of building. The Blythe Pond Mill House looks beautiful when lit. Building size: 9 1/2" x 7" x 7" 

Note: This is for the building and light cord only, no box is included. Also This is the first release of this building as noted by the lack of the waterwheel which was added to the 1990s version of this building.
