Department 56 East Indies Trading Co Dickens Village lighted decoration from 1997. Beautiful hand painted porcelain building. Three story brick and plaster trading company plus attached warehouse. Features an acrylic skylight. The original East India Company was a British trading company incorporated in 1600. Their primary business was exporting English woolen cloth and importing the products of the East Indies. This is one of the heavier Dept 56 building and it weights over 4 pounds.
