Dept 56 Gothic Church, Original Snow Village Lighted Christmas Building - 1985

Department 56 Gothic Church, This is a much older and hard to find Original Snow Village lighted Christmas building made in Taiwan in the early 1980s. Beautiful hand painted porcelain building. Stone block church with steeple rising straight from large double doors ending in a cross. The bell chamber has ornate grillwork. Smaller entry doors flank the central area repeating the design. This church is famous for its snow covered pine tree. The Gothic Church looks beautiful when lit. Size: 11 x 7 1/2 x 6 1/2"

This beautiful Christmas collectible makes a classy addition to any village collection. The Gothic Church is still in pretty good condition for almost 40 years old and has beautiful artwork, color and design, each piece is properly marked on the bottom of the piece. Comes with old style sleeve (sleeve has wear) and light cord.
