Department 56 Spring St. Coffee House Christmas in the City Series lighted building from 1993. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve (sleeve has wear). Four-story narrow building. Steps lead to entry door covered by small pillared portico. Hanging sign over entrance. Buy beans ground to order & blended for taste, or have a cup at the shop. Lower level is brick, upper stories are stucco. Size: 5.5 x 3 x 9" The Spring St. Coffee House looks beautiful when lighted.
Note: The sign holder is missing from the building, the sign itself is still with the building
This is a great replacement pieces if you have the original village, or it makes nice additional piece to any Christmas display, or it can be used as stand alone decorations as well.
The Spring St. Coffee House is in good condition, includes light cord, and it has beautiful artwork, color and design, the box and sleeve has some shelf wear as shown in the pictures.
