Dept 56 Village Resort Snow Village Lighted Christmas Building (Damaged)

Department 56 Village Resort, The Original Snow Village lighted Christmas building. Beautiful hand painted porcelain building (the porch is damaged). The Village Resort is a bright yellow and green lodge with scalloped roof, covered porch and side entry. There are bay windows on the front house section. The back section rises to a dormered 3 1/2 stories. Ventilator areas are directly under the roof cap. The Village Resort looks beautiful when lit. Size: 9.5x 9.5x 9.5".

Note: The porch is damaged as shown in the pictures, it has been touched up with paint and the price reflects this flaw

This beautiful Christmas collectible makes a classy addition to any village collection. The Village Resort is in fair condition for being 35 years old (porch is damaged and has beautiful artwork, color and design, each piece is properly marked on the bottom of the piece. Comes with protective case and sleeve (sleeve has wear) and light cord.
